Services
Care Your Way is available on a private-pay basis for Hospice of the Valley patients needing additional services not covered by Medicare or their insurance plan.
Families have 24/7 access to a phone line staffed by a knowledgeable registered nurse, never an answering service.
Personal Services
- Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, activities of daily living
- Assistance with transfers and ambulation
- Medication reminders
Companion Care
- Shopping and errands
- Organizing mail and scheduling appointments
- Assistance with exercise per PT instruction
- Basic meal preparation
- Patient laundry, bed linen change
- Light kitchen and bathroom cleaning after patient use
Skilled Nursing Visit
- Assistance with filling medication sets
- Assessments of current health
- Help with catheter and INR management
